Curriculum design
By level: management, technical, business.
Sessions for management, technical and business teams. Practical cases using your dataset, not generic slides. FUNDAE-eligible.
AI adoption in an organisation fails more often due to a lack of training than a lack of technology. And generic training — "what is ChatGPT" in a room with 50 people — does not solve anything on its own.
We design programmes at three levels: management committee (focus on regulation, governance and use cases), technical teams (focus on architecture, integration and operations), and business teams (focus on productive use, prompt engineering and model limitations).
All programmes are delivered in-company, with practical cases based on the client's context and data (anonymised where necessary), and are eligible for subsidies via FUNDAE. Typical duration: 24 hours for the full programme, spread across 6–8 sessions.
By level: management, technical, business.
Practical cases adapted to the context.
Workshop + guided pilots.
Final test + individual plan. FUNDAE managed.
The operational detail: what we deliver as part of the engagement and what we keep active afterwards.
Management committee
Regulation, governance, use cases. 6–8h concentrated.
Technical teams
Architecture, integration, operations.
Business teams
Productive use, prompts, policy.
Client use cases
No generic slides.
Guided pilots
Every team leaves with a pilot up and running.
FUNDAE subsidy
Communication, certificates, justification.
Cross-functional training. Shared with other subsidiaries.
FUNDAE-eligible: net cost typically drops 50–80%.
We respect them. We use your policy, not a public library.
Both. Executive sessions on-site; technical sessions either way.
