AI Content Generation

Your team writes 20 pieces a month; your business needs 200. We build the system that produces content at scale without losing your brand voice or the rigour your sector demands.

Most SMEs share the same bottleneck: they know exactly what content they need — product sheets, blog articles, catalogue descriptions, campaign emails, commercial proposals — but they lack the team to produce it at the pace the market demands. The result is an empty editorial calendar, an outdated online catalogue and SEO opportunities left on the table.

AI content generation is not copying and pasting from a generic chatbot. It means building a system: training or configuring the model with your brand's tone, vocabulary and boundaries; connecting it to your data sources (PIM, ERP, CRM or internal knowledge base); defining human review workflows for higher-risk content; and automating production for lower-risk pieces. This is how you achieve volume without sacrificing consistency. In 2025 and 2026, the latest large language models allow an SME with a two-person marketing team to publish at the cadence of a company ten times its size.

At Summum IA we have been guiding SMEs and mid-market companies through technology adoption since 2007. What sets our approach apart from a ChatGPT prompt is engineering the complete system: digitised style guides, semantic validation against your real catalogue, approval workflows inside the tools you already use (Teams, Notion, WordPress, Shopify, your ERP) and quality metrics to catch hallucinations before publication. Content can be produced in your infrastructure or ours; your data never leaves your environment unless you choose otherwise.

The AI Content Generation process.

The process · four stages
01

Content audit and brand voice

We analyse your current catalogue, your best historical pieces and any existing style guides. If no formal guide exists, we build one from real examples. We identify the content types that consume the most time for your team and those with the greatest commercial or SEO impact.

02

System design and model selection

We define which base model best fits your case (volume, languages, sector, data sensitivity) and how to configure it with your brand instructions. We design the production prompts, validation schemas and mandatory human review checkpoints according to content type.

03

Integration and workflow automation

We connect the system to your data sources and publishing tools. Depending on your setup this may be an API, a WordPress plugin, a connector with your PIM or an n8n workflow. Your content team works from their usual tool; the AI operates in the background.

04

Pilot, adjustment and handover

We produce the first 50-100 real pieces together, measure quality and fine-tune the parameters. We deliver the system documentation, train your team on the review workflow and establish a maintenance plan so the system improves over time.

What is included

What AI Content Generation includes.

The operational detail: what we deliver as part of the work and what we keep alive afterwards.

  • Product sheets and catalogue

Bulk generation of descriptions from structured data (attributes, references, images). Ideal for e-commerce businesses, distributors and manufacturers with catalogues of hundreds or thousands of SKUs.

  • Blog articles and SEO content

Production of SEO-optimised drafts from briefs or keyword lists. The human editor reviews and approves; production time is reduced dramatically.

  • Email marketing and campaigns

Generation of subject lines, email bodies and A/B variants tailored to each list segment. Integrates with Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and other email platforms.

  • Proposals and commercial documents

Automated first draft of proposals based on client and service information. The sales consultant personalises and closes. Response times shrink and quality becomes consistent.

  • Digital style guide and consistency control

Formalisation of your brand voice in a machine-readable document that feeds the system. Includes a list of forbidden terms, tone by channel, target lengths and review criteria.

  • Quality metrics and continuous audit

Monitoring dashboard with brand consistency indicators, hallucination detection and keyword coverage. Periodic reviews to adjust the system based on real results.

Frequently asked questions about AI Content Generation.

Does AI-generated content get penalised by Google?

Google has explicitly stated that it does not penalise AI-generated content as long as it is helpful, original and user-focused. What gets penalised is spam or low-quality content, regardless of how it was produced. Our system includes human review and quality control specifically to ensure that every published piece delivers real value.

Does my company or client data leave to external servers?

It depends on the architecture we choose together. We offer deployment options within your own infrastructure (on-premise or private cloud) using locally executed models, so no data ever leaves your corporate environment. We also work with cloud providers under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. This is defined during the audit phase.

How long does it take to have the system up and running?

For a typical case — product sheets or blog articles in a B2B sector — the system is in production within four to six weeks of project kick-off. Most of that time is spent digitising the style guide, setting up integrations with existing tools and validating quality in the pilot.

What happens if the model generates incorrect information about my products?

The system is designed with validation layers: the model generates content from your catalogue's structured data (not from general memory), business rules are applied to detect inconsistencies and mandatory human review workflows are set up for higher-risk pieces — such as technical specifications or regulated claims. The goal is to catch hallucinations before they reach the publication channel.

Can we use the system in multiple languages?

Yes. Current models generate high-quality output in Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese and Italian, among others. If you operate in the Canary Islands with international tourism or export across Europe, we can configure the system to produce multilingual versions in parallel, consistent with one another.
